Welcome to the EUS Wiki! The EUS Wiki is an attempt at creating both an atlas and textbook of Endoscopic Ultrasound which is continuosly maintained by the EUS community. The prettier the pictures, the better! However, this project is meant to go beyond this and combine a case report approach with "How to" information so that people new to the field can learn from the experience of others. A unique feature is the bilingual text (English-Spanish) which is meant to invite a broad collabaration across the Americas. EUS is gradually but very slowly spreading south. If this wiki helps increase the interest in the methodology across the continent, one of our goals would have been met.

¡Bienvenidos al EUS Wiki!

Esta pagina web de ultrasonografía endoscópica (USE) ha sido creada-- y continua siendo mantenida por la comunidad USE-- con el fin de ilustrar tanto un atlas como un libro sobre los usos de la ultrasonografía endoscópica. ¡Entre más reales sean las imágenes mejor! Sin embargo, este proyecto pretende ir más allá al combinar reportes de casos con información para que aquellas personas nuevas en este campo de la medicina sepan “como” realizar estos procedimientos y puedan aprender de la experiencia de otros. Un elemento único es el texto bilingüe (Español-Inglés) que pretende facilitar el acceso a esta página y logra la colaboración de todos los países en América. Hasta el momento la ultrasonografía endoscópica (USE) se está propagando lenta pero gradualmente hacia el sur. Si esta página wiki ayuda a aumentar el interés en esta metodología en todo el continente, ya habremos alcanzado una de nuestras metas.
